Privacy Policy
This policy describes the information CareStamp processes.

1. Care-log data
CareStamp stores log titles and time zones; item names, locations, model references, instructions and intervals; action dates, optional contributor names and notes; revisions and bounded structural activity.
2. Private access links
Manager, item, and receipt URLs are bearer credentials. The server stores capability hashes rather than raw secrets. Do not send a private link to support or publish it.
3. Data minimisation
Do not enter account numbers, door codes, warranty documents, medical information, regulated inspection results, or other sensitive material in names, locations, instructions, or notes.
4. Technical data and analytics
Security logs may process IP address, user agent, request path templates, correlation identifiers, and timestamps. Optional analytics loads only after consent and excludes all manager, item, and receipt routes and content.
5. Retention and deletion
Managers can remove items, archive the log, or permanently delete it. A receipt can remove its own entry. Operational backups may persist for a limited period after deletion.
